GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND SALE.pdf
These General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (GTCUS) govern the provision of the Services to the Customer. The Customer's contracting party depends on the means of access to the Service:
(i) where the Customer uses the Application, an Account or an Electra Charging Badge, or subscribes to a Subscription, the Services are provided by Electra SAS, a French simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée) with share capital of €179,799, whose registered office is located at 104 rue de Richelieu, 75002 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 891 624 884, intra-community VAT number FR 45 891 624 884;
(ii) where the Customer pays directly at the Electra Charging Point by bank card, without using the Application, the Charging Service is provided by the Electra group company that operates the relevant Charging Station (the "Operator"). Its company name appears on the payment receipt and on the invoice for the Session.
In these GTCUS, "Electra" refers, as the case may be, to Electra SAS or the Operator.
For any question, the Customer may contact Electra at [email protected] or from the "Help" tab of the Application.
As part of its obligations under the Batteries and Accumulators Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) scheme, Electra is registered under Unique Identifier (UID) FR487374_06XHHK, issued by the eco-organisation ecosystem, pursuant to Article L.541-10-13 of the French Environmental Code (Code de l'environnement).
