These General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") apply to all commercial transactions of the companies of the Electra Group, which the Customer user accepts.
Electra has its registered office at: 104 rue de Richelieu, 75002 Paris, and is identified under SIRET number 891624884-00013.
As part of its obligations under the Battery and Accumulator Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) scheme, Electra is registered under Unique Identifier (UID) FR487374_06XHHK, issued by the eco-organisation ecosystem, pursuant to Article L.541-10-13 of the French Environmental Code.

Agents: refers to natural persons authorised to use the services via a main account held by a Fleet Manager.
Autocharge: refers to a Service offered by Electra, allowing the Customer to automatically start Charging their Vehicle as soon as it is plugged into an Electra Charging Point or, on certain compatible third-party CPO Charging Points, via the eMSP Service. Vehicle identification and billing are fully automated. The availability of the Autocharge service on third-party CPOs depends on the technical compatibility of the third-party CPO and the Vehicle.
Application: refers to the Electra mobile application downloadable from Google Play (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS).
Electra Charging Badge: refers to an RFID card or device owned by Electra, allowing the Customer to identify their account and initiate a Charging Session on Electra Charging Points as well as, through roaming, on third-party CPO Charging Points via the eMSP Service.
Third-party Charging Badge: refers to an RFID card or device provided by a third-party electric mobility operator (partner eMSP), which the Customer can register in the Electra Application to initiate Charging Sessions.
Charging Point: refers to, unless otherwise specified or the context makes it clear that only one type is concerned, either an Electra Charging Point or a third-party CPO Charging Point indistinctly.
Third-party CPO Charging Point: refers to any charging infrastructure operated by a third-party CPO and accessible to the Customer via the eMSP Service. These charging points are neither owned nor managed by Electra.
Electra Charging Point: refers to the Vehicle charging infrastructure installed, made available and managed by Electra.
ChargeLeague: refers to the network of fast-charging partners with whom Electra has entered into partnership agreements allowing holders of an Electra+ Smart Subscription to benefit from preferential rates. The list of operators who are members of the ChargeLeague network is accessible at any time in the Application and on the Website.
Customer: refers to any natural or legal person using the Services. See Article 11 for account access and creation conditions.
Non-professional Customer: refers to a natural person using the Services privately, for their personal needs.
Professional Customer: refers to a natural or legal person using the Services in the context of a professional or commercial activity. The specific provisions applicable to Professional Customers are defined in Article 23.
Referral Code: refers to an alphanumeric code provided by Electra as part of a referral programme, allowing a new Customer to benefit, via the Application, from a defined advantage on their first Charging operation at an Electra station.
